[Segmentation] Crash in Add Tool when using 4D images and static segmentations

Description

Reproduce (happens on develop in debug mode):

  1. Load 3D+t Heart
  2. Change timestep
  3. Create static segmentation
  4. Use Add tool ---> CRASH
  • does not occur for dynamic segmentations
  • does not occur when AddTool is used on the dynamic segmentation first and then on the static one => there seems to be something wrong with the initialization

Substract Tool also crashes, Paint, Wipe and Correction works
