[Data manager] Option to change color of segmentation disappeared in data manager

Description

Now that there are multi-label segmentations, you can not change the color of a segmentation anymore.
I know that for visualization purpose, many users occasionly did that.

In best case, it should be checked whether a segmentation has only one label and then the option to change the color should be enabled.
