PlanarFigure tests show error with DICOMTagsOfInterestAddHelper

Description

To reproduce:

  1. start MitkPlanarFigureTestDriver
  2. perform one of the tests
  3. see how the tests pass but the log shows

core.mod.dicomReader.dicomTagsofinterestaddhelper ERROR: DICOMTagsOfInterestAddHelper was not deactivated correctly befor its destructor was called.

This was introduced in https://phabricator.mitk.org/D347?id=1354#inline-3139. I wonder why this happens all the time. I also tested other tests and found out that this is not a problem of the MitkPlanarFigureTestDriver.

@floca I can't reproduce this anymore. However, I'm not sure where some changes were done. Do you have an idea?

Sorry. Also cannot tell why your current observation differs. The last change in this file was in 2020/7 🤔
