[Measurement] Control points can not be moved twice without moving the mouse away

Description

When a control point is dragged, after letting go the mouse click it can not be selected again without moving the mouse away

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open any image
  • Create a circle using the Measurement plugin
  • Click a control point of the circle and move it while holding down the mouse button
  • Release the mouse button

-> Even though the mouse is still over the control point, it can't be selected again until after the mouse was moved away from it
