Selecting a row within a iso-color preset (e.g. to remove it) only works when clicking on the color (which also opens the color selector) or the dose column. Clicking within the columns IsoLines and ColorWash only toggles the corresponding checkbox, but automatically deselects the column again -> should keep the row selected

Reproduce:

• Load any RT dose data
• Ensure it is visualized as RT dose (by opening RT Dose Visualization plugin or, if already open, clicking on the node)
• Open Preferences -> Radiotherapy -> Dose Visualization
• Select any Iso Dose Level preset and click on the entries
