[dash] Test server configuration

Description

The Dash version of the website should be run on the test server. The previous test server is still reachable from https://e130-webchallenge.dkfz-heidelberg.de According to this document it should be accessible from SSH via AD account credentials. However, the server first authorizes the user accounts then refuses the connections. Therefore test configuration cannot be done at the moment.

Marco Pascale was informed about the situation on 07.10.2021 Waiting for his answer.

After contacting Marco Pascale, it is decided to format the server to a new version of CentOS or Ubuntu. Still waiting response from IT side.

The reason for the problem is that the server is configured to accept connections from only authorized users. ITFC added Ali Emre Kavur and Fabian Isensee as authorized users.
