[Segmentation] Create (Smooth) Polygon Model hardly works for large images.

Description

  • After the ‘computation’ (as in progress bar) is completed there is neither a new node nor a polygon model in the 3d view. In htop one can see that MITK is still working (but interestingly it is responsive while that runs in the background). Finally, after 1 min of additional waiting the new node appears and the polygon is displayed.
  • This is only noticeable for large segmentations (image size 2160x2560x520)
  • Functionality works fine for smaller images.
