Description

Usually it works just fine, but for this one dataset the surfaces are always cropped when I rotate the 3D rendering. The surface is also created outside of the image???
It makes it really hard to look at the results

To reproduce:

  • load segmentation
  • right click -> convert to segmentation
  • right click segmentation -> create polygon model (not smoothed)
  • wait
  • then take a look at the 3d rendering window (keep crosshair on)

observation 1: the 3d structure is outside the boundaries of the image (you can see that by rotating. The corsshair with the image excerpts is not overlaid with the polygon. That should not be the case
observation 2: when rotating the polygon gets cropped andis often only partially visible:

This is a bug that slipped into - and only into - v2021.10. Should work on any other version like v2021.02 or any snapshot before/after v2021.10.

See 2021 Week 48 (Very Early December).
