The MITK workbench offers a menu bar where the user can select Window --> Open Perspective.
This menu shows a list of available entries but is not correctly updated if the user creates a new custom perspective via the "View Navigator" or deletes a custom perspective via the Perspectives preference page.

Custom perspectives however do show up in this menu after a restart of the MITK workbench.
