Recently the DKFZ proxy/network configuration changed so that http:// URLs are rejected before they can be redirected to https:// URLs. We should take this opportunity to replace/update as much http:// URLs as possible in MITK.

The most important is the update of the third party download base URL, though, as without change, builds do fail now!
