• Regular event?

• Define format (virtual/in person/hydrid): Hybrid or completely virtual

• Provide MITK/eMITK installers with needed plugins, sort out access rights to installers for eMITK

• Book room if in person/hybrid format (probably seminar room in REZ)

• Send announcement email to interested groups

• Registration via Weiterbildung

Just a remark: I think it is totaly fine to have in doubt several dates and not try to squeeze everything into one day (if it makes problems).
