Segmentation of 3D+t images is currently not working because
Most segmentation tools -- at least the manual ones -- have been working on 3D+t images before so the slider should nearly be the complete solution to this bug.

Checked with test-image US4DCyl.pic and the new bundle ImageNavigator, which provides a time slider. Works now for manual segmentation.
Does not work for organ segmentation (shape models). Can be reproduced by:

Set this bug to resolved->worksforme, since the according problem with the shapemodels is worked on in T2987.
