After creating a new lymph lesion, the new binary segmentation image is not selected in the datamanager.

this is cause of by using the lymph tool you need to deselect the segmentation view by clicking on the stdmultiwidget.

we fixed it for now by selecting the segmentation view prior selecting the new node.

however, now there is another bug,
sometimes the new lymphnode is not visible.
