No connection with NDI Aurora using COM14

Description

Trying to connect the NDI Aurora tracking device in ToolPairNavigation failed while device was connected through COM-Port 14.

"CreateFile(...)" method in mitkSerialCommunication returns an INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE.

Connection could only be established by manually changing COM14 to COM3.

not MITK 1.0 release relevant, because it only occured on one machine with instable COM port configuration.
