or at least interesting parts of the toolkit. One candidate would be the non-linear tensor based registration method. Furthermore the toolkit offers conversions between ITK and VTK fiber formats.

This is potentially a valuable step for further 3M diffusion imaging functionalities, thus I marked it as party bug.
