Handling NRRD Images on Ubuntu 11.04

Description

The ExtApp started directly from an up-to-date MITK-Superbuild on

  • Ubuntu 11.04, up-to-date
  • using ITK 3.20.0

crashes when trying to open (some) 3D and 3D+t NRRD images. The console output and the paths to the images are attached. Related to T8211.

Affected is only the Debug-Build on Ubuntu 11.04.

Tested different images ( dimensionality, modality ) on the Release-Superbuild, works without problems.
