render window menus rendered at wrong position

Description

The render window menus are occationally drawn in the wrong position and tend to "jump around" in the window. This is a windows behaviour that was reported by a physician. Not confirmed yet.

Peter reported the same behaviour when testing the diffusion windows installer. Might this be a diffusion related bug?
