Fixed "more than one time registration" problem and included epsilon neighborhood for PointSet recording!

Changed source for "Adding tracker fiducial" from RegistrationFilter to Source.
Added a QSpinBox for epsion neighborhood to the PointSet recording so users can now define how close the points should be to each other.

Inserted parameters for precision of ND position and quaternion information.

Paul is not working on this bug any more. The plugin tracking lab is working fine as far as I can judge this. There is also an idea to include this plugin as IGT tutorial step which is handled in T12952.

So I'll close this bug...
