2D renderwindows cannot show segmentation nodes

Description

To reproduce the bug:

  • update your MITK to the latest version
  • Open an image
  • load a segmentation
  • and see what happen

segmentation is not shown as a colored overlay in the 2D render windows (in 3D it works fine). When changing the transparency to 1, the 2D viewers are complete black.
