Diffusion App does not cause all needed views to be build

Description

Currently if e.g. the Volume Visualization is not switched on seperately it will not be build. Which does not cause a crash or anything, but the perspective contains just an empft non funtional view.

This should be handled correctly.

Currently the views that have to be build are set in the CMakeLists.txt in mbi-sb\Q4Applications\DiffusionImagingApp .

As long as it remains a mbi Application there is little chance of it being able to switch on MITK bundles. So this won't be fixed until everything has been moved open source...

For installer purposes one just has to remember to switch on all needed bundles.
