The method
"Fit D&F (high b), then fit D*"
must be default, else this view is not going to work correctly. Changing the method is only advanced setting, thus this is critical.

Caspar, I think you have to fix this (is unique to release branch), just change the index in the qt-designer ui-file on the bottom of the GUI at advanced settings.
