IGT Navigation Tool Calibration test protocol was tested for both Polhemus and Aurora. In both cases the tool axis calibration is saved correctly, and when loading the calibrated tool storage, both the tool and tool storage are saved and loaded correctly.

It was actually not a bug, the connection failed because two tools were physically connected, while only one tool had been loaded and saved in the Tool Storage. When connecting physically only the calibrated tool, both connection and tracking work fine.
