I want to ask about the preprocessing module of diffusion.the 'project onto shell" seems to be as 'calculated b values". I have tried on breast and liver diffusion with target b value higher than aquired and looks like calculated b value.
is that true?

when i am trying to generate K map the output is a color(red) image and sometimes software crushes.
babis renamed T25295: [MITK Diffusion] <diffusion kurtosis maps> from [MITK Diffusion] <Please enter a meaningful title> to [MITK Diffusion] <diffusion kurtosis maps>.
i am working with latest version of MITK Diffusion(in windows 7 and 10 OS).The problem is about diffusion kurtosis maps and especially K map and the color display of this map.
