Maybe related to / has similarities to {T28633}.
All Differential clients include MITK-ProjectTemplate builds.
Will not be included in the upcoming release. Very likely will make it into the spring release, though, and we will have a few months time to discover bugs and other odd things after the upgrade if we resolve this task soon after the upcoming release.

You have to be careful when interpreting the rotation matrix, offset, translation and center. The following relationship applies:

The reason for the problem is that the server is configured to accept connections from only authorized users. ITFC added Ali Emre Kavur and Fabian Isensee as authorized users.

I close this meta task. The last open task seems to be T18866, but as the priority indicates it has low priority.

@kislinsk How to proceed here?

Since we are now in the "final" release phase I suggest to use the corresponding checklists to check the new / modified behavior of D533 and simultaneously verify the checklists and test the UI behavior of both segmentation plugin views.

Edit: After a long time the 3d Model appeared but no Data Manager object was created for it:
Strange stuff (I deleted the segmentation tht's why the manager is empty)

After contacting Marco Pascale, it is decided to format the server to a new version of CentOS or Ubuntu. Still waiting response from IT side.

A connected time navigation controller was missing and has been added for each "newly added render window".
The time navigation controller is a global instance, retrieved from the singleton rendering manager and thus the visible time slice of ALL currently opened render windows will be changed simultaneously / synchronized.
"Jet Transparent" only sets the lowest possible intensity to transparent. You can facilitate the new "Minimum" option in the Image Masking segmentation utility for that.
This function is also available in the preferences (Ctrl+P). There, just select "Draw as transparent overlay" (see image below).

Successfully checked the proposed fix on a Windows system for downward compatibility (R 3.6.3, ggplot2 3.3.0).
It seems as if "3d" in line
https://phabricator.mitk.org/source/mitk/browse/develop/Plugins/org.mitk.gui.qt.segmentation/src/internal/QmitkSegmentationView.cpp$704
can be replaced by any render window to determine the equality of the bounding boxes of the world geometry and the segmentation node geometry. This allows to use the active render window to check for equal geometry although this render window might not be a "3d" rendering window.

Seems like you were right. I was doing a Debug build, yes. Changing the lib name to lz4 instead of lz4d fixed the issue on my end too.
Deleted branch from rMITK MITK: bugfix/T28706-LZ4DebugUnix.

Thanks for giving it a try. I see that optimized;/work1/patmjen/MITK/MITK-superbuild-test/ep/lib64/liblz4.so is indeed added to the dependencies. So it is strange that it is not picked up by the linker. Or, did you do a Debug build? That would explain it at least since there is only a library specified for Release builds.
