Will be fixed in conjunction with T26350
Deleted branch from rMITK MITK: feature/T30152-MoveIGTIntoExtension.
This task is closed as wontfix since the perfusion ModelFit user manual is not provided anymore. All the information available in the user manual is given via the F1-help/ the plugin documentation at https://docs.mitk.org/2023.12/PluginListPage.html.
This task is closed as wontfix since we decided to not support this conversion method anymore (see https://phabricator.mitk.org/T30225).
I looked into the issue in more detail and found that the current implementation of the variable flip angle T_1-mapping cannot be easily replaced with a more general T_1-mapping approach. The reason for this is that not just the T_1-map is calculated but also the signal scaling factor S_0 is determined (which is additionally required for the conversion).
MITK-IGT is currently still hosted here in Phabricator: rIGT MITK-IGT.
The Fit Generator Demo View is not part of the MITK release and is not actively supported anymore for now.

Using gflags.exe and enabling "Show loader snaps" for MitkWorkbench.exe revealed why the ultrasound plugin could not be loaded anymore: The OpenCV DLLs could not be found since the path "MITK-superbuild\ep\x64\vc17\bin" wasn't included in PATH.
Pushed new branch to rMITK MITK: feature/T30337-WorkbenchCustomizations.

Okay, this didn't change anything but won't hurt. Meanwhile I noticed that the exit code of the tests is 0xc0000135 (STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND). So probably it's more in the direction of something Qt related is missing in the CTest environment.
Pushed new branch to rMITK MITK: bugfix/T30336-FixFailingTestsOnWindowsCI.
Deleted branch from rMITK MITK: bugfix/T30312-RemoveObsoleteModulesAndPlugins.
recheck if the problems are still there if my interpolation changes are merged in.
We try to get it online agian. But it might take its time (see prio).

Deleted branch from rMITK MITK: bugfix/T30321-UpgradeHDF5.
Pushed new branch to rMITK MITK: bugfix/T30321-UpgradeHDF5.
I don't understand why it didn't show up earlier, but now also HDF5 does not compile on Ubuntu 23.10 and needs an upgrade. Might be a bit more involved, as we are using a rather old version and there have been quite some API changes meanwhile.
Pushed new branch to rMITK MITK: bugfix/T30316-FixGLEWWarningsOnLinux.

I assume that most problems stem from the following error/problem:
