New crosshair data type

Summary:
Add crosshair data and new vtk mapper

Adapt depending classes to use the new crosshair data

Clean plane geometry data mapper

Test Plan:
manual testing

1. open MITK, load (multiple) data
2. close the StdMultiWidget, open the MxNMultiWidget
3. create several render windows
4. click inside the different data nods, show / hide nodes, (global) reinit to different nodes
5. check if the crosshair looks good in all render windows / geometries
