Introducing Caching and other logic changes

Summary:
T28939 deals with 2 feature updates:

File parsing changed for ensemble prediction. Users can do predict ensemble config without post processing json files.
Introducing Caching for nnUNet. Results are cached if user wants. Cache can also be cleared.

Also, adding intro text for plugin (experimental)
