This application was developed at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). It is based on the well established, free open source Medical Imaging Interaction Toolkit MITK.

It is based on the well established, free open source Medical Imaging Interaction Toolkit MITK. +eMITK was started to foster synergy in the research program E at the +DKFZ. eMITK is developed to meet the image processing needs in +the research program and to give you a feature rich workbench for your research by compiling all plug-ins known from the public MITK and additional plug-ins developed for/with the research program E. +eMITK is still evolving, so please help us shape this software so it fits your needs. +Let us know which features you +need to evaluate your data. +Remark: eMITK was formerly known by the name DIPP (DKFZ Image Processing Plattform). To stress that is just an MITK workbench with additional plug-ins and not a different software, we chose to alter the name. +
