Increase timeout for mitkPackage test

Summary: On our current test setup, mitkPackageTest runs into a timeout on OS X, so we can't see if there are maybe other problems. This commit increases the timeout as a first measure to fix the test.

Test Plan: Look at CI results, mitkPackageTest should pass on all primary platforms
