Added a special "Unlabeled" sub-project.

This CDash sub-project will be used to collect build information for
the "all" target (previously, the SuperBuild sub-project was used and
submitting the build info of the "all" target under the SuperBuild
label "overwrote" the already submitted info for the real superbuild
step).
