Use Boost.Preprocessor

Many years ago, large parts of Boost.Proprocessor were copied into
the MITK source code and prefixed with MITK_PP_ instead of BOOST_PP_.
Since we have a Boost header dependency in MitkCore now, we can use
the original library instead and remove some redundant code.
