small changes to make SU miniApp usefull for PA processing pipeline 1) add additional parse argument -n for filenumber 2) changes savename 3) discard output for Hb and HbO2 4) new output (tHb) in mitkSUSO2 class 5) call and save tHb as output in Miniapp to reduce saveing time by factor of 1/3
