If just a binary image is loaded and then selected a crash is caused by the selection behaviour of the segmentation.

In OnWorkingNodeVisibilityChanged MITK tries to get the source of the selected
(binary) workingnode. Since no source is available if just a binary image
is loaded MITK crashes.

Added a check for existance of source nodes.
