Merge branch 'bug-9054-fix-cdash-subproject-handling'

bug-9054-fix-cdash-subproject-handling: Correctly restore the CTEST_USE_LAUNCHERS variable. Use the "Unlabeled" sub-project to execute all tests without labels. Added a special "Unlabeled" sub-project. Always generate Project.xml with MITK as the project name.
