Implement status bar method to display image info

Summary: mitkStatusBar now has a method that takes information about position, index, time and pixel value and displays it on the active status bar. Formatting is now centralized but information retrieval must still be handled by the caller, meaning there is still some redundant code. It was decided that the status bar should not be responsible for extracting information from an image.
