Add AccessTwoImagesFixedDimensionByItk_n macro

Summary:
First working version of macro AccessTwoImagesFixedDimensionByItk_n, which can pass a tuple with one parameter (x) to the called itkImageTypeFuction.

Remove brackets from a variable number of arguments.

An example function to test the AccessTwoImagesFixedDimensionByItk_n is defined in mri perfusion view. This will be removed once the macro is working correctly.

The macro accepts a tuple with n elements now.

Remove example function for accessTwoImagesFixedDimensionByItk_n from MRPerfusionView.

Clean up MITK_INFO lines, headers and comments.

Clean up comments.

Test Plan: Manually.
