Currently we only have the installer with MITK Workbench as a normal release (even though we build the CIs plus an installer with every nightly). It makes sense to also offer the CLIs that are part of the release build. Who should be do that? Own installer? Pack it into the workbench installer (foot print increase should not be that big).
