Change Details

The `StdMultiWidgetEditor` only contains a single time navigation controller since all render windows show the same time point / time step. The `mitkRenderinManager` holds a global single instance that can be accessed via `mitk::RenderingManager::GetInstance()->GetTimeNavigationController();`. Wieh the `MxNMultiWidget` we might have different time points / time steps for each individual render window so we need to account for that.
