As we already discussed via Slack, there are a couple of MITK build-configurations, which should be added to the MITK CI system.
We have the following MITK-based containers within Kaapana right now:
-> Platform is always **Ubuntu 20.04**
- MITK fileconverter -> already covered by the "normal" MITK Workbench binaries
- MITK Phenotyping:
- Build-configuration: 'PhenotypingRelease'
- Branch: develop / master
- Commit: latest -> needs to include [[ https://phabricator.mitk.org/rMITKae90d3d48c7b5517c9b4a0134304e11c1fcac5af | Peters fix ]] )
- Destination for the bin: mitk.org
- MITK-radiomics:
- Build-configuration: 'ClassificationCmdApps'
