It recently causes trouble as the remote module cannot be cloned. A check revealed that we are not even using in in the MITK repo. If it is needed by an MITK extension, use the ITK_CUSTOM_CMAKE[_[CACHE[_DEFAULT]]]ARGS feature instead to tell ITK to build the module.
