Reproduce Bug:
- Import .nii DWI Image.
- Create new Segmentation
- Select 2DTools / Region Growing
- Click on the image
-> Workbench crashes
* seems to be connected to the missing component slicer. Nifti images get a time slicer for their diffusion components.
