Related to {T29025} and following the suggestions in {D763} the plugin using the new preferences service (`mitk::CoreServices::GetPreferencesService();`) needs to initialize the CppMicroService. This should be done inside the plugin activator class. For the `org.mitk.gui.common` plugin this has not been done so we need to add it accordingly.
