Dear developers, during the recent talks with the clinicians, they requested a new feature for the FlowBench:
For our dataset, we have found that many organs have additional pathological and surgical properties, which have to be recorded (as such properties can impact the spectra of the pixels). Some examples of such properties are: tumorized organ, ischemic organ, cauterized organ etc. We would like to have the ability to tag an annotated organ with such properties.
Feature request: Ability to select a annotated region, open a pre-determined tags list (perhaps saved in a JSON file, as in the case of labels) and choose a tag for the annotation
Mock designs:
1. The image to be annotated
{F2620746, size=full}
2. An annotation is added, however the organ also has a tumor in it
{F2620748, size=full}
3. Picking tool is used to select the annotation
{F2620750, size=full}
4. A tag can be added by clicking on the "Assign tag button" in the picking tool menu
{F2620752, size=full}
Thank you!
