LevelWindow scales autocorrection is strange

Description

Load an Image
The Levelwindow has 2 edit fields: the upper is the "level" the other is the "window". (btw: Some ToolTip would be nice to find out which is which)
Type in "50" in the upper field and "0" in the lower field

--> The 0 will be autocorrected to 1

--> The 0 will be autocorrected again to 1, but also the "level" will be decremented to 49.
