The welcome view is included in the "Show View" menu of the CoreApp. This view is only a wrapper for the welcome part and is normally opened from the "Help" menu and not the "Show View" menu.

The welcome view is displayed in the "Show View" menu.

The welcome view should only be displayed in the "Help" menu (if present) and should be filtered out from the "Show View" menu.
