Apart from the classic workboard design which includes "swimlines" such as:

1. Open Tasks
2. Discussion
3. Doing
4. Testing
5. Resolved

In the case of the forensics project, it might make sense to adapt the classic design. Multiple stakeholders need to be considered, which are:

• RM (Rechtsmedizin Heidelberg, IVRM)
• ANA (Anatomie Heidelberg)
• DKFZ (Deutsches Krebsforschungszentrum)

To keep an overview about the distribution of tasks according to the stakeholders, I personally think, one swimlane for each stakeholder might provide the best solution to get an impression how much efforts need to be taken for which stakeholder.

Tasks which need to be discussed will be colored purple (priority-status "needs triage"). Otherwise the priority-status will indicate the priority from red (high) to yellow (low).
