Edit ToolTip dialog window has wrong size

Description

  • Open ToolManager
  • Edit or add tool
  • Advanced -> Edit ToolTip
  • Close Dialog and reopen with Edit ToolTip

--> Dialog window size is too small, sliders can't be seen on second opening.

Also happens in IGT Tool Calibration widget (Tracking Toolbox, start tracking with any tool, IGT Navigation Tool Calibration, "Use as Tool to Calibrate" --> ToolTipCalibration, Manual, Start Edit ToolTip, Close, open again).

This task needs to be fixed on branch T23633-ToolCalibration_2016_11_06, which will be merged soon.

Can be fixed on igt stable branch T22595-NavigationModules-2016.11.3-igt.

Does not change size any more after fixing T23777.
