Deactivation of "Update Image Automatically" deletes the image on the "Display" and "Data Manager" tabs

Description

"Ultrasound Device" in "Ultrasound Support" plugin on the "Device Management" tab is activated. When shifting the tab to "US Imaging" and deactivating "Update Image Data Automatically", the image is supposed to freeze, but it disappears from "Display" and "Data Manager" tabs instead.
It was tested in the MITK master branch #0498d89cc661` using VS2015 x64 and x32 on a Windows 10 system.
