The pipeline for the video processing needs to be clarified.

1. Who is responsible to get the frames from the video grabber from storz
2. Write one big application instead of many services (for a first prototype and prove of concept)
3. How does NCT deliver the results? (rendered streamed3d scence or other type?)
4. What for triggers to we have (Start registration, start ischemia etc.)
