Description

Kris detected a bug in the B-Mode Generation.

The bug occurs when one takes beamformed images (sensitive angle < 90°) and one applies B-Mode filter without cropping.

Possilble reason:
It does NOT occur when one crops the top pixels of the image before the B-Mode generation. This probably means that because for angles < 90° 'nan' values can be found in the transducer layer. the whole column his set to nan.

it is because of the nan values.

So we should either crop the imgaes before the bmode or replace them with '0' or don't use sensitive angles <90°

Status: work arround :/
